INITIAL SHOWROOM CONSULTATION
Whether you call, email, or walk-in to the showroom to browse, the process really gets started with a scheduled appointment for a showroom consultation. At this meeting with a Designer, bring your ideas and any list of your wants and needs; and allow enough time for your designer to get to know you and your project. Your designer will guide you through our displays, educating you on our product offerings, and learn about your likes and dislikes. We’ll discuss your potential budget and explain how the entire process will work.
ORDER/ INSTALLATION PHASE
Order: The Order phase is fairly straight forward- now that we have the product selected, we order it! It is always best to allow plenty of time as it can take anywhere from 3 weeks up to 8 or 9 weeks to get your product. It all varies based on the vendor, the product chosen, and the time of year. During the design phase, make sure to talk to your designer about when you want to start the installation of your project so we have plenty of time to get everything delivered on time.
Installation: The Installation Phase will turn your house upside down! How long this phase will take arrives greatly depending on your project, but your contractor will be able to give you more details about what to expect during this time. It will be a fascinating time for you and your family to see your space completely transform from what you know to what you have dreamed of and designed!
