What is Cambria Quartz?
Cambria is a natural, quartz surfacing product that has a variety of uses in your home or business such as countertops, floor tile, vanities, fireplace surrounds, wet bars, showers, etc. Cambria is pure, natural quartz, one of the hardest and most common minerals on Earth.
Cambria countertops consist of
93% natural quartz stone
and require no maintenance
Why choose Cambria Quartz?
1) Unmatched Durability for Life
When it comes to strength and durability, Cambria Quartz countertops can take almost anything you can dish out to give you flawless performance for years to come.
2) Strength and Durability
Cambria is much harder than granite or marble making it more durable. That means Cambria Quartz is less likely to scratch, chip, or stain for years of worry-free service.
3) Maintenance Free
Other natural stone surfaces like granite and marble require regular sealing and polishing. With Cambria Quartz, all you need to do is wipe it down with a little warm water and mild soap.
4) Safe and Sanitary
Unlike other stone, Cambria is nonabsorbent; it won’t draw in moisture from raw or leftover food, which can harbor harmful bacteria.
5) Made in America – Hands-on Craftsmanship
We believe if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing right. From selecting the purest natural quartz at our own mine, through processing, fabrication, testing, and then into showrooms, we work together from start to finish to bring you the world’s finest natural stone surfaces.
Quartz Compared To Other Countertop Surfaces
Comparable. Quartz counters because they are both harder than natural stone and they provide more design options. Slab granite may have irregularities and soft minerals that weaken it. But quartz counters have toughness built in. From a design perspective, quartz and pigments can be combined to produce an almost infinite range of styles. You are not limited by whatever slab happens to come out of the quarry.
Not comparable. Corian is the most prominent brand example of a solid surface countertop. Solid surfaces are more plastic feeling to the touch and they scratch easier. From a resale value standpoint, quartz counters are considered higher value than a solid surface.
Not close to comparable. Cambria is a dense, solid counter material, whereas laminate is a thin veneer glued onto an MDF core. Laminate is considerably more hollow feeling and provides a vastly lower resale value.
Two Finishes. Unlimited Beauty. No Compromises.
